Exchange & Return Policy

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY

 If you are based in Auckland, you can exchange your order by ship it back to us subject to the conditions below

  • You have 14 days from date of purchase to request an exchange
  • We require proof of purchase with each return
  • All items must be in brand new/unworn condition
  • Apparel/accessories must have original tags attached
  • Footwear must have the original box/tissue and the box is not damaged
  • We cannot hold product for exchange

Currently we only ship domestically within New Zealand.

 

Do I have to pay to return my items?
  • A free return will be provided if your received item(s) is damaged, faulty, or incorrect according to your order or item description.
  • For Change of Mind returns, you will have to pay for the return charges. 
  • Items bought from Clearance sales or Warehouse Sales are non-returnable and non-refundable due to Change of Mind

Once your return is approved, you will receive an email on how to return your items. It is important your return is sent to the correct address provided in your return email. Once we have received your returned item(s), store credits will be deposited into your account and can be used within the next 12 months.
